Nixies Beauty Boutique would like to make you aware of some policies that we kindly ask all of our clients to read

 When booking your appointments you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions you are accepting responsibility and will not hold Nixies Beauty Boutique accountable for any allergies reactions harm caused prior to any treatment performed at Nixies beauty.

 

| Booking An Appointment |

A booking fee will be taken for all future appointments this can be payable by card but will not be taken until after your appointment.

You can contact us to book your appointment via text, call or email.

Whilst treating client's we will not be able to respond to you.

In this situation you can make appointments via the website. 

| Appointment Reminders |

We will send an appointment reminder 24 hours before your appointment via email or text message.

| Child & Pet Policy |

Our salon offers a relaxing and tranquil environment. This is something we aim to maintain all day and evening. Therefore we are unable to accommodate any children under the age of 5 or any pets at Nixies Beauty Boutique as they cannot be adequately supervised during your treatment. Our policy is primarily focused on the safety of your children, pets and our clients. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

| Parking |

We have private, free parking available for all clients, however please note that parking is at your own risk.

| Mobile Phone Charging |

If your mobile phone or Ipad is running low of charge please let us know as we have a complimentary charging service available. 

| Packages |

We offer several treatment packages.

We can also cater packages to suit your needs when requested.

| Other peoples work |

Nixies Beauty will charge an extra £10 when infilling anyone else’s work who does not work for Nixies Beauty by booking an appointment you agreed to pay the £10 surcharge for infilling other people’s work.

| Your health Is Important To Us |

Each treatment we provide involves an in-depth consultation which includes filling out client record cards. These cards will ask you questions about any medications, medical treatment or conditions that may affect your service or treatment with us. If any medication or medical conditions change between your appointments it is essential and your responsibility to let us know. 

| Pregnancy & Breast Feeding |

If you are pregnant or breast feeding, it is essential that you let us know prior to booking any treatment at Nixies Beauty Boutique as this may affect your treatment. If you are an existing client and fall pregnant, please let us know immediately. The health of you and your baby is our priority and some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant or breast feeding clients, treatments that are suitable will be tailored to suit your needs. 

| Allergies |

If you have any allergies it is essential to let us know, even if you don't think it will affect your treatment.

For many of our treatments, patch tests are compulsory at least 24 hours prior to your treatment.

Please see our website to check whether a patch test is compulsory for your chosen treatment.

If you do not have a patch test then you accept full responsibility and can not / will not hold Nixies Beauty Boutique accountable for any reactions / allergies you have prior to your treatment. If you get a reaction a free removal is offered but no refunds will be granted. It is your responsibility to arrange a patch test we are open the usual hours.

| Appointment Times |

We carefully plan appointment times to ensure that the time you may have to wait prior to your appointment is minimised. Therefore please bare in mind that if you are considerably late for your appointment, your treatment may have to be cut short in consideration for the next client, but the full treatment price will be charged. 

| Salon Hours |

Due to the nature of our business, we strictly run on an ‘appointment only’ basis. Please note we may close earlier or later than our opening hours. We are contactable by phone on 07913002750, however please bare in mind that whilst with clients we are unable to answer the phone. In these circumstances please either text, leave us a message or drop us an email info@nixiesbeautyboutique.com

| Cancellation Policy |

A cancellation period of 24 hours prior to your appointment is required, if you cancel less than 24 hours or ‘no-show’ a charge will incur before booking another appointment.

If cancelling after the 24 hour period but reschedule your appointment a new booking fee will be required.

If you fail to confirm your appointment when you receive a confirmation text then you risk losing your appointment.

If you are over 15 minutes late to any appointment then your appointment risks being void and the full amount will still need to be paid.

| Referral Policy |

We greatly appreciate any friends that you recommend to us at Nixies Beauty Boutique. Therefore, if you recommend a friend for a treatment with us, we will reward you with £5 off the same treatment next time you visit. Please ensure to have your name quoted at your friend’s appointment to qualify for your £5 off!

 

 

| Gift Vouchers |

Gift vouchers are available to purchase from Nixies Beauty Boutique for any service and value. All gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any lost or misplaced gift vouchers, so please look after them and ensure that they are presented at the time of your treatment.

| No Smoking |

Please note we have a strict no smoking policy.

 

| Payments & Refunds |

Please note that we accept cash or bank transfer as payment for your treatments at Nixies Beauty Boutique.

We have a strict no refund policy due to simple fact of being self-employed this means that under no circumstances will a refund be granted and by booking any appointments you take full responsibility and accept this.

| Prices |

Nixies Beauty Boutique is committed to ensuring we bring you the newest and best technologies and treatments to our clients. Therefore, all of our prices and services are subject to change without notice.

| Insurance |

Our insurance does not cover us to carry out treatments for any persons under the age of 16 years old and 18 years for all invasive treatments such as semi-permanent make-up, therefore we will not carry out treatments and underage people.

There are different age limits for different treatments please ask if you’re unsure of any age restriction.

| Personal Items |

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
